What IS KEYCONNECT?
KeyConnect NH is the first statewide network designed to support property owners who rent to tenants with housing assistance. We simplify leasing through a centralized platform, dedicated support staff, and guidance for navigating housing programs.

The Missing Link in New Hampshire’s Housing System
Many households with tenant-based rental assistance face challenges finding available housing, even when they have support in hand.
At the same time, property owners may feel uncertain about how to navigate multiple programs or find consistent, accessible support. Without a centralized way to connect and communicate, opportunities to lease to qualified renters may be missed.

The Solution
We support property partners in operating profitable rental properties, ease the burden of landlord engagement for service providers so they can focus on their core mission, and remove barriers that prevent Granite Staters from securing safe, stable housing in the communities they call home.
We help owners lease confidently, reduce vacancy, and resolve issues early—while housing providers can focus on supporting their clients.
