What We Do
KeyConnect NH is an initiative of Granite United Way and serves as New Hampshire’s first centralized resource network connecting property owners and managers with the support they need to help end homelessness.
We support property partners in operating profitable rental properties, ease the burden of landlord engagement for service providers so they can focus on their core mission, and remove barriers that prevent Granite Staters from securing safe, stable housing in the communities they call home.

Statewide Landlord Listing Platform
Our secure listing portal, Padmission, connects property owners directly with applicants utilizing rental assistance, saving time, reducing marketing costs, and filling units faster.
Dedicated Owner-Support Team
Our dedicated team provides one-one-one support to our property partners to help navigate assistance programs, resolve challenges, and align tenant placements.
Free Education & Resources
Our network supports social service agencies, Public Housing Authorities, and tenants through free education and resources designed to complement your existing efforts, not replace them.
HOW WE DO IT
KeyConnect NH proactively engages property owners throughout the state to participate in available rental assistance programs.
Our liaison staff provide hands-on, personalized support to interested property owners, including listing vacancies on our free, listing platform, Padmission.
We proactively educate landlords about available programs, eligibility requirements, and what to expect from tenants receiving assistance. This helps set clear expectations up front.
Once a unit is leased, we remain involved—offering mediation, follow-up support, and resource referrals to prevent issues from escalating.
